The steel pan is the pan of our grandmothers, timeless and irreplaceable for cooking at high temperatures. The pan has very good natural non-stick properties, the riveted ergonomic handle, curved in the French style provides easy handling. Many de Buyer Mineral B pans, woks and other utensils are made of sheet steel with a beeswax finish.

Tip: Preheat with a little fat.
Care: Rinse with warm water, dry and lightly oil. Store in a dry place.
