Alsatian natural mustard with chilli Espelette

Alélor chilli mustard is slightly spicy with a great aroma of tomatoes and French Espelette chillies. Excellent as a side dish with white and red meat and even fish in papillote. It is also excellent for flavouring sauces, vinaigrettes or mayonnaises. Also great for marinating meat for grilling.

Its recipe is healthy and transparent. It does not contain sulphites or other additives. It is made from mustard seeds grown exclusively in France in collaboration with local farmers.

What's more, it's 100% natural: no additives, colours or preservatives.

Ingredients: water, mustard seeds, 10% tomatoes, vinegar, sugar, salt, 2.5% Espelette peppers, beetroot, spices.
